TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY. WHEN HIRING A BOUNCY CASTLE YOU ARE ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIED BY LEGAL REGULATIONS.

A responsible Adult must supervise the Inflatable at all times, Always ensuring that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age, size and stature of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.

No smoking or barbecues near the Inflatable.

No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Inflatable. This will avoid choking and mess.

All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using this Inflatable.

No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable.

Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

Ensure that children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

No pets, toys or sharp instruments are allowed on or near the Inflatable.

If the Inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the fan off at the mains.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off only.

Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems or who suffers from a heart complaint uses the Inflatable or anyone who is feeling unwell or suffering the effects of alcohol or drugs.

Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.

Ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

The Inflatable must not be used if it becomes wet. If no shower cover is fitted, In the event of rain, the unit should not be used.


All our inflatables are inspected annually by RPII inspector (Register of Play these comply with BSEN14960 Standards all our electrical are PAT tested.Inspector International) to meet HSE (Health and Safety) regulations and hold a valid certificate to show this,


BY SIGNING THE DOCUMENTATION SUPPLIED AT TIME OF HIRE, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND, THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HIRE

WHEN HIRING A FUN FOOD MACHINE YOU ARE ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIED BY LEGAL REGULATIONS. YOU MUST SATISFY YOURSELF THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND CAN COMPLY WITH THE AGREEMENT AND THE INSTRUCTIONS.

The hirer shall provide a responsible operator/s aged 18 years or over. Person/s operating the machine/s must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

· PERIOD OF HIRE commences when the owner hands control of the machines to the hirer, and ceases when the owner returns to collect the equipment or the hirer returns the equipment to the owner. Under no circumstances is the machine/s to be sub contracted by the hirer to another person.

· TERMS OF USE The equipment must be returned in similar condition to that received. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse or neglect or the loss due to removal by non authorised persons shall deem the Hirer liable for full repair or replacement cost plus loss of business.

Do not attempt to dismantle or adjust any components of the machine/s.

· TIME SCHEDULED The equipment must be returned or made available for collection at the time and date agreed, failure to do so will result in additional charges being levied for each extra hire period.

The client should provide:-

  • An indoors area to set up, we require roughly 2 meters square.

  • If the set up area is not on the ground floor the client may be asked to provide an adult person to assist in the setting up and packing away of all equipment.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that there is at least one working and tested 240 volt power supply within 10 metres of the desired set-up area that adheres to contemporary safety standards and supplies at least 13 amps.

  • Once the equipment has been set up in the required location, it cannot be moved during the event.

  • Only the TnK staff may operate the candy floss machine.

  • Should guests become unruly and considered by the operator to be a risk either to themselves, other guests or your hired goods, we reserve the right to dismantle the equipment and leave the premises. No refund will be given from TnK.


OPERATION OF THE MACHINES IS TO BE CONDUCTED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING PROCEDURES ONLY. WHEN HIRING EQUIPMENT YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE OPERATION OF THE MACHINE/S AND THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HIRE.

Sweets

None of the sweets we sell are manufactured by TnK Stock. All of our stock is sourced from Appleton's sweets and come already pre-packaged. Our products can all be found online containing detailed information regarding ingredients, all of our products are carefully pre-paired but we cannot guarantee that any trace nuts will not be found in some of the products we supply. the products on this website are produced in facilities where nuts are present and we cannot be held responsible for this content.
